Description of the Service

ship4us is a mobile game that allows players to:

• play the game

• optionally create a nickname and password

• participate in online multiplayer matches

• purchase optional in-app items

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• cheat or exploit the game

• use bots or automated tools

• attempt to manipulate gameplay or scoring

• reverse engineer or modify the App

• engage in abusive behavior toward other players

Usernames must not contain offensive, illegal, or abusive content.

Multiplayer Interaction

Players may interact with other players through multiplayer gameplay.

ship4us is not responsible for the behavior or actions of other players.

In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases may be available.

Payments are processed through platform providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms.

Intellectual Property

All game content including:

• software

• graphics

• artwork

• game mechanics

• logos

are owned by ship4us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

ship4us reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
